Thanks! I made the ladder hastily yesterday, pretty much guessing what the measurements should be and eyeballing it, and I was amazed that it went in almost like it wanted to be there and looked exactly the way I had pictured it. When does that happen? The beds came together easily, too. I've had the feeling from the beginning that this house has a life of its own.

Wow!!!  I love all of it!!  The ceiling is absolutely awesome and I love the floor, walls and beds.  Great Job!!!  I am currently working with plaster/stucco and was wondering if you could tell me how you got the grunge effect on yours?  I am trying different things but not liking the results so far.
