I'm so impressed with everyone who does a rehab they look like a lot of work . I struggle with the new builds . Lt alone take one apart and redo it. I do keep looking though in all the adds . 

I like to restore furniture and other things, so this is actually kind of fun for me. This stage is mostly scraping, sanding, filling in, etc. I do wish more people would take care when they're building, wipe up drips of glue and paint and such.

I finally made time to look through your whole album.  I have to agree with Nell, I have a lot of respect for you and others who do rehabs.  It takes a lot of patience and a keen eye to tackle a project like that.  Excited to see the transformation.  

Love the design of this house.  You can really have fun with this.  I love rehab work.  I prefer it over actual builds. Please keep us posted on this beauty! I think you can pull off some great stuff here.
