New Reno project.jpeg

I bought this little cottage at a garage sale today. It’s got some really lovely features and look at all those flowers! The interior came fully furnished and it’s cute, but not really my style. I’m thinking this might become my ski cabin one day, especially if I cover it in split logs. But I think I’ll just have a bit of fun with it as is for now.

What a cute little house.  Love the tin roof and the wood beams extending from the inside to the outside of the house.  What a fun project.

Yes it’s very cute, and the tin roof is actual tin! The wood beams go all the way through the house and walls and appear to be the actual structure of the roof, not just for show.

So cute, I love it! With a thatched roof and diamond-paned windows, it could almost be the adorable Irish cottage from The Quiet Man. https://www.irelandsown.ie/the-story-of-the-quiet-man-cottage/

It does look like that house. Also another mini friend suggested it looked like a lighthouse keepers house. I could see that too
