Install socket

I made small pencil marks and pressed the socket into the wood. Make sure the power is turned OFF before doing this. In spite of the name "pound in" I suggest light taps until its fully seated. Less chance of damaging the socket that way.

I like to put a thin piece of wood over the socket, so the hammer hits the wood and not the socket itself. In fact you can attach the socket to a strip of wood with Mini-Hold or similar, and hold the end of the strip. Fewer pounded fingertips that way. :)
