First, make the vegetables you want to can out of Sculpey. I'm using green beans I made by rolling out a skinny green snake then sliced into small sections. I dropped the beans into a bowl of water, microwaved them for 2 minutes, plunged into cold water to cool, then set aside to dry.

Hi, again . . . Thank you SO MUCH for sharing this technique with us. I just LOVE your canning jars! I am, though, totally astounded by your instructions for cooking the greenbeans. I have never cured Sculpey in a microwave, only a real oven. How in the world did you come up with this method???
