What is the make and model of this house?

It's an old Duracraft dollhouse kit that I built in 1991. RGB makes a similar house, but it has a terrace over the porch instead of the balcony. You could kitbashed it and made a porch. I found this exact house on Craigslist and it was for FREE!!! along with some furniture. The house is completely built and painted. The inside still needs to be decorated. I can't wait to get started on it.
