The "doors" and "drawer" on the back wall are all fake - it is just a piece of board with wood pieces glued on it to look like doors/drawers. And the pulls are mostly old earring backs, with some mini hardware for the drawers. It was a really fun thing to do and I felt very creative, although I know I saw a picture of something done like it years ago, so other miniaturist deserves some credit at least.
