This floor is perfect! I love stone and collect rocks from everywhere I travel; so making stonework has become one of my favorite parts of building. As for the buttery yellow, That is actually the base coat I like to start with. It brings out rich rock-y colors when you paint over it. You have it down as the master that you are ~ I think you were my inspiration with trying the stone work. I love the depth of color and variation in this floor. Excellent!

Thank you all Chris I looked up youtube videos (made for train hobbyists) about how to paint rocks. They use a lot of yellow ochre which I had never used before with rocks so I learned something new
