Mr. Wigglesworth flew home with me from Murano, Italy. He is made of Murano glass... with a very thin little tail I was worried about... but he made it unharmed. He promptly told me Devonshire Hall felt like home, so he moved right in. He is checking out the desk area where he plans to write the next best selling novel.... Wigglesworth Comes to America.

Oh I am so in love :wub: I love, love, love glass animals and Murano is very unique. One of the characters in my White Rose is a kindly rat. Funny :)

awwww that is funny.... I love glass animals too... I got several this trip for "shelves" and such... but Mr. Wigglesworth just stole my heart when I saw him. The shop owner spoke no English... but when I said "America" he wrapped him up very nicely for me... he made it home safe and sound... I kept him in my carry on luggage just to be certain :)

Oh, I am so happy he made it home safely. I probably would have bought him myself if I were there. I hope he finds much inspiration for his next novel.
