We'll I have not been doing much as of late i was waiting for som extra money to come in but that does no look like any time soon. So i decided to go a cheaper way to do the bricking in staed of the stencles and all im trying the paper clay method (LPCullen) So far I like how it looks. I also made two flower planters for the porch.

I will do some more bricking this weekend untill I run out of paper clay that is

Ok after I can't remember hour many hours the siding is complete sanded and painted and i LOVE it im very hapy with it s far.not to much more to so on the out side yet im still waiting for the brick stencel to finish the base and the sides of the bay window. I have some furniture to make for the inside that i wil be doing tonight(if i can get rid of this headach) I had to do some fiddeling to get the porch on right by shaving a bit on the side but you cant tell after it is all painted. I have been putting alot of hours this week on my newberg but i must say I love it.I have the front all sided. I just have the two sides left to do.I have to Order the brick stencil next check and thats 2 weeks away (nuts) I really like how the porch looks on it.You will see i added a cute little porch swing and let me tell you tha little sucker to took longer to do then some of the siding it looks so cute but o the little words i was wanting to say lol . I had a very har time with the front porch steps i no more then got thm together and went to move them very carefully and the whole thing fell apart again the words that were going threw my head

I have not yet decided how i want to do the porch stairs yet.But I will decided that later but enough with all that heres your eye candy.

We'll i worked for hours on the house tonight even know it may no look like it. I love how the door turn out i have to order a door knocker and a brass kick plate to add to the door the porch need one more coat of poly and tomorrow im going to go but the pain for the house> I was going to add the porch now but like the directions said but I new I would never be able to get in some of those places to paint so that will go on later.I still have a bit of pint touch up to do on the door.

Also added all the window trim on the outside I was not sure about the siding at first but i think i l realy like it know. and after i paint it tomorrow I realy be able to see how it all looks. Hope you enjoy.

We'll any body that has fallowed some of my post know that my husband and I Lost our baby boy to sids 6 years ago on dec 31st every year i try and stay really busy to keep my mind from wandering.This year i worked on my newberg for 8 hours and i had a nic time putting it together and in return it helped me keep it together.

We'll putting the newberg together i ran it to some gaps but after reading up about this house i new that was no big deal as trim will cover them p just fine. In fact the only hard thing for me to get together and stay put was the 2nd story floor talk about a bugger but i got after about the 3 or 4th time.

I ant do to much wise decorating the inside because i want to buy an electric kit but have to wait till a couple paydays to be able to get that but thats ok i can work on the out side till then and a few upgrades im thinkingof doing. I really want to upgrade the stairs not the stair part but the spindles and banister part and perhaps the porch railing but not sure about that yet.

I also have to buy a new spool of tape and after you see my pics you wil know why i have never in my life used so much tape lol

I had a few problems getting the base to come together with out them poping out of the corner posts but i got it in the end. I cant do much more till I get some paint and I have decided to add siding to the house so i have order some. But for now here is the base

Then Came The base and so far thats as far as I can go right know until i get some paint. I also have to order some siding and my wiring kit.

The sanding went really nice seeing as I kind of cheated lol I have a mouse sander I love it beause im not a big fan of sanding.
