    Maybe paint the window frames blue or the olive green that is in the screen. Or make some olive green shades for the window. You could add a tiny pull with a blue ring at the bottom of each shade.

    Writer's farmhouse in the Maine woods

    Aka: Victoria's farmhouse. I've been working on this for several years, and some of the rooms have been done over numerous times. I've been going for a shabby chic look but I think it's turning out to look more like "your grandmother's house". We shall see....

    There is something called no-sew fabric glue. You can buy it at the craft store in the glue section, if not there look in the sewing section. I'm certain that curtains like these could be created using that. I've used it when I didn't feel like sewing.

    It's scrapbook paper--one side is upside down, haha! I like over-sized wall patterns in dollhouses. I've never been happy with miniature scale wallpaper.
