Hi there! When not working on my dollhouse or drooling over the possibilities of minis, I am a marine biologist. I just received my Ph.D.! I also paint (typically with acrylics), play the guitar, read voraciously, write fiction, and travel when I can. I am also happy to hike in NH's White Mountains, as well as snorkel and SCUBA dive along the New England coast.
Here on the forum, I've already been inspired over and over again, and hope to share my experiences as well. I am still new at this hobby (since October 2008!) but I feel as if I am learning very quickly! But there is so much left to learn! For instance, I haven't yet figured out the whole wiring thing yet so my Glencroft is left lightless, but I hope to try it with the next house! (I already have plans for the Westville decor anyway!)
