About Me

I got involved in this hobby during the summer of 2011. I fell in love and now it is an obsession. I have made a lot of great friends in this forum and have learned a LOT about building. Everyone here is soooo helpful.

I started by just doing construction. After a while, I started thinking of themes and began decorating my builds. I am currently working on "Mushnik's Skid Row Flower Shop" from the movie "Little Shop of Horrors." I am finishing up a half scale Colonial from RGT and have started a veterinarian's office for my daughter from an RGT Simplicity.

I travel a lot and look for kits on craigslist in the cities and towns that I visit. I have picked up some real bargains over that time and am still on the lookout for more. The rare kits I keep for myself while selling or giving away others. The selling helps fund my habit. I don't "hunt" as much as I am spending time building a mini retail website.
